If you are concerned about someone sleeping rough in England or Wales, you can use this website to send an alert to StreetLink. The details you provide are sent to the local authority or outreach service for the area, to help them find and connect with the person.
Rough Sleepers Partnership, Luton and Central Bedfordshire
RSP provide a combination of Outreach Support and Assessment Hubs where people can go to access help and support. Referrals for this project are welcomed from all, whether that be self-referrals from those wanting support, agencies, healthcare providers, members of the public or statutory services alike. To make a referral please complete the RSP Referral Form 2017 and email to info@roughsleeperpartnership.co.uk.
Luton Borough Council
